Corpus Christi is the 8th largest city in Texas, covering 452.2 square Miles (124.3 are land, 327.9 is water), with the only Island University in the country, an average high temperature in July/August at 93 degrees and an average high temperature in January at 65 degrees. Corpus is also known for windsurfing, kite boarding, fishing, surfing and sailing. Nestled behind the barrier islands of Mustand and North Padre Corpus Christi is a cyclist's paradise.
